Marrawah, on Tasmania’s far North West corner, greeted us with howling winds and heavy moody clouds. So, today, I thought we could talk about the weather.
We were fortunate enough to have one fine day at Marrawah – upon which, I took you all on a photographic safari of the beautiful beach. If you haven’t seen that post before, I recommend you take a look. It is one of my favourite posts on this little old blog.
The rest of the time we spent in Marrawah was moody, windy, stormy and wonderful.
It was here, camping in a strange but great free camp that looked nothing more than a car-park, that we met the lovely Clifton Campers, who have since become firm friends.
When the weather is rubbish it is sometimes really difficult to see beauty. You really have to look for it, don’t you? I’m so glad I found some in Marrawah.
Tell me, how is the weather where you are now? We are at Minilya River at the moment – a little south of Coral Bay and a little north of Carnarvon in Western Australia. The skies are bright, the sun is shining and it’s 29 degrees celsius.
Tell me, how is the weather where you are now? Is there something beautiful in it?
